Becoming an LED packaging enterprise with high core value

What are the advantages and disadvantages of LED piranha?

LED piranha is also a kind of lamp bead that we often encounter. It is a square transparent resin encapsulated LED with four pins. With the development of LED, the application of LED piranha has become increasingly widespread. For example, we can use LED piranha to make car brake lights, steering lights, reversing lights, etc. Today, let's talk about the advantages and disadvantages of LED piranha.

Advantages: The piranha LED consists of four legs, which have two more legs than ordinary external LED lamp beads. Moreover, the light emitting part of the four legs has a certain distance from the welding point of the circuit board. The design of the four legs and the distanced part of the piranha LED has a better heat dissipation effect. The working current that can be passed through is larger than the conventional two leg external LED lamp beads, with a maximum of 40-50MA. The conventional LED is 20MA, and the brightness is higher than the conventional LED lamp beads.

Disadvantages: The piranha LED is larger than the conventional plug-in LED, with angles of 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 90 °, and 120 °. The full color RGB mixing effect is not good. Piranha LED production cycle is relatively long, labor intensity is high, and production efficiency is low.
